Welcome to Manek-Manek. “Manek” or “Manik” is the Malay word for beads. I have a fascination with these little “balls” of colored glass and find that I just cannot resist putting them together to make beautiful jewelry. I only work with beads, needle and thread and so everything you see in my shoppe is lovingly put together for you, one small bead at a time. All my items are hand made and as such may have small variances in colors, shapes and sizes that are inherent in anything that is hand made. Thank you for your time.
