Comment: Dear christel,
we apologise for such an unpleasant transaction.However, we did give you options of letting you place the item on sale on our site or exchange for a bigger size but you rejected it, demanding flatly for a demand in within a few days. there wasn't a gracious enough time span for us to resolve the matter with our supplier which i tried very hard to fight for the refund you wanted.
Furthermore, all the items are free size and no sizes were stated on the items ( no XS) . whether it fits on some depends on the cutting and on the size of the wear-er too. T&C have been stated clearly that refunds not allowed if sizes don't fit but we have tried our best by giving you 2 other options of exchanging or selling.
other than this, i am sure you received timely updates, timely sent out of items and timely replies to any queries to us which translates to responsibility.
Anyway, we still welcome you to place the item on sale on our site :) Thanks for the comment and we will try to improve ourselves still.

Subject: Spree Organiser is unreliable, please avoid at all cost!
Comment: I have ordered two pieces from her site, there was no sizes indicated leading me to assume its free size.
The clothing came in obviously XS. I requested for exchange or refund, only to be given a NO at all occasions and the following reasons:
1) Its not her responsibility to ensure that the supplier is reliable
2) Its not her responsibility unless the clothings are damaged
3) The supplier is not very honest and that she has over $200 stuck with them and still chasing for her $$$. Hence, she won't refund unless the supplier is refunding.
